Do you notice what sneakers people are wearing when you are walking down the street? Can you identify the sneaker they are wearing? Have you ever bought a pair of used out of stock sneakers? Are you concerned about buying fake or knock-off sneakers?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, then welcome. I created kicksgeek.com because I wanted to create a place for sneaker heads to connect and celebrate their passion for sneakers.
Sneakers became a big part of my life early
I grew up in NYC around the time when sneaker culture was not yet a thing. Run-DMC had just released their hit song “My Adidas”, Nike’s Air Force Ones were not yet an iconic silhouette, and Puma suedes were the hottest sneaker out.
For me there was no feeling like getting a new pair of fresh kicks for school or to hang out in. They made you feel more confident and attractive and all your friends complimented you. I created this website to recreate those feelings.
Share your love for sneakers
I would love it if you took a look around and even dropped a comment or shared this page with your friends and family on social media. Here, I want to build a community of sneaker lovers just like you who can help each other stay on top of their sneaker game. I can’t wait to hear what you think!
